Construction Site Manager - LEADER BETON GROUP DEVELOPMENT (1-3 years of experience) Salary: 12,000,000 - 20,000,000 UZS Work format: On-site Work schedule: Other Address: Tashkent city, Kengmakon MFY, Qo'yliq 5th massif Description The position focuses on independently organizing construction and installation works at the construction site, controlling the quality and deadlines of work, leading work crews, and maintaining execution documentation. Responsibilities: Organizing construction and installation works at the construction site Controlling the quality of ongoing works according to SNiP Monitoring adherence to work execution deadlines Leading work crews Distributing tasks and materials Maintaining the production work journal Preparing acts for hidden works Monitoring compliance with labor protection rules at the site Requirements: Higher construction education (Construction and Civil Engineering) At least 3 years of general work experience in the construction field At least 1 year of experience as a construction site manager Experience working on residential or commercial facilities Knowledge of construction and installation work organization technology Skills in working with ShSN, SP, GOST standards and regulatory documents Ability to read construction drawings Certificate of labor protection rules Readiness to work on a construction site
