Real Estate Agent - ETAGI (No experience required) Salary: 8,000,000 - 20,000,000 UZS with KPI Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Mustaqillik, 59 Description The main goal of the role is to consult clients on real estate properties and assist in closing deals under the guidance of experienced agents. Responsibilities: Search and attract potential clients for real estate purchases Conduct property viewings for potential buyers Consult clients on real estate acquisition matters Prepare and formalize real estate purchase agreements Maintain a database of real estate properties and clients Accompany clients through all stages of the transaction Interact with developers and real estate sellers

Requirements

• No sales experience or up to 1 year of experience
• Secondary vocational or higher education
• Basic negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn the CRM system
• Fluent oral and written communication
• Proficient PC user
• Willingness to work in the office in Tashkent
