Zakirova 7 Description The position is aimed at coordinating the work of sales consultants, monitoring the achievement of sales plans and customer service standards in the CROCS store, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators. Responsibilities: Consulting customers on the CROCS footwear and accessories assortment Processing purchases and conducting transactions with customers Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store's sales floor Receiving and displaying new merchandise according to merchandising standards Participating in inventory counts of goods and materials Coordinating the work of consultants and monitoring the adherence to service standards Training new employees on sales techniques and CROCS products Monitoring the team's KPI achievement Analyzing sales performance and preparing reports for management Managing the store's operational activities in accordance with company policy Motivating the team to achieve high sales results Ensuring a high level of customer service in accordance with standards

Responsibilities

• Consulting customers on the range of Crocs footwear and accessories
• Assisting customers in choosing the right model and size
• Processing purchases at the checkout and operating the cash register
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the sales floor
• Receiving and displaying merchandise in accordance with brand standards
• Participating in inventory counts
• Monitoring the store's sales plan achievement
• Coordinating the work of sales consultants during a shift

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or in a management position in retail
• Experience coordinating the work of a team of sales consultants
• Experience with cash registers and cash discipline
• Experience managing inventory and conducting inventory counts
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service standards in retail
• Basic PC and office software skills
• Fluent spoken Russian
• Willingness to work a shift schedule
