HR Manager - Atlant Asia Plast LLC (up to 1 year of experience) Salary: 5,000,000 - 6,000,000 UZS Work format: On-site Work schedule: 6/1, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Tashkent city, Bog' street 111 Description We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR specialist with a good understanding of personnel work for a manufacturing enterprise. Responsibilities: Managing employee personal files and collecting documents Organizing and coordinating the recruitment process Preparing and formalizing recruitment documents Studying and applying HR legislation Establishing and supporting employee relations Organizing communication between employer and employee Working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Working with HR accounting software and data entry

Responsibilities

• Receiving visitors and registering guests
• Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate employees
• Ordering necessary office supplies and materials
• Working with suppliers and contractors
• Ensuring the daily operations of the office
• Coordinating courier service work
• Booking rooms for meetings and appointments

Requirements

• Work experience in HR/Personnel field
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Ability to independently manage personnel documents
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
