Deputy Director at "Fundflow" MCHJ (3-5 years of experience) Salary: 13,000,000 - 15,000,000 UZS Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Sagban 30 tupik, 7 B Description The main goal of the role is to ensure the smooth functioning of accounting and tax accounting, prepare financial statements in accordance with legislation and IFRS, and control compliance with accounting policies. The position involves comprehensive management of the accounting department and interaction with external auditors. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of financial strategy Management of the finance department and task assignment Formation and control of budget execution Analysis of the company's financial and economic activities Optimization of financial flows and costs Control of accounting and tax accounting Interaction with regulatory bodies and auditors Assessment and management of financial risks Attracting financing and managing investor/bank relations Preparation of management and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of financial strategy

Requirements

• Higher economic or financial education
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• At least 2 years of experience managing a finance department
• In-depth knowledge of RAS (Russian Accounting Standards)
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Knowledge of the tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• Experience with 1C:Accounting or similar systems
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Fluent in Russian
• Knowledge of Uzbek language
