Lead Specialist of Industrial Safety and Ecology - Neftegazmontazh LLC (3-5 years of experience) Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 UZS Work Format: Hybrid Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Tashkent Description The main goal of the role is to ensure compliance with industrial safety and labor protection requirements at the construction sites of Neftegazmontazh LLC, control adherence to environmental regulations, prevent emergency situations and violations, with responsibility for the safety and quality of work at the site.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of industrial safety and labor protection policies.
- Organization and execution of measures to ensure environmental safety at sites.
- Control over compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements in industrial safety and ecology.
- Conducting inspections of the state of industrial safety and the environmental situation at construction sites.
- Development of action plans to reduce risks and prevent emergency situations.
- Organization of personnel training and instruction on industrial safety and ecology.
- Maintenance of records and reporting on industrial safety and ecology.
- Interaction with supervisory authorities on industrial safety and ecology issues.
- Analysis of the causes of industrial injuries and occupational diseases, development of preventive measures.
- Control over the handling of production and consumption waste, its disposal and neutralization.
Requirements
- Higher education in industrial safety, ecology, or construction.
- Experience in industrial safety and ecology at industrial construction sites for at least 3 years.
- Experience in conducting safety audits and environmental inspections.
- Knowledge of Russian Federation legislation in the field of industrial safety, labor protection, and ecology.
- Knowledge of regulatory document requirements (GOST, SNiP, SP) in construction and industrial safety.
- Labor protection certificate.
- Industrial safety certificate (in relevant areas).
- Willingness to work at the site in Tashkent.
