Visa Manager - VipTrip (Up to 1 year of experience) Salary: from 3,000,000 UZS with KPI Work format: On-site Work schedule: 6/1, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Samarkand, O'zbekiston ko'chasi, 116ё Description The position is aimed at assisting tourists with visa and related document processing under the guidance of a senior specialist. Responsibilities: Preparation and verification of visa application documents Submission of documents to consulates and visa centers Tracking the status of visa applications Informing clients about visa readiness and next steps Booking flights and hotels for clients Maintaining a client and application database in the CRM system Interacting with consulates and visa centers on current issues Issuing insurance policies for travelers abroad Checking the correctness of visa application forms and statements
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in tourism or visa processing for at least 6 months
- Knowledge of visa requirements and procedures for various countries
- Proficiency in Russian language
- Knowledge of Uzbek language
- English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
- Ability to prepare and submit visa document packages
- Skills in preparing a full set of documents for a visa
