Security Service - IMARAT DEVELOPMENT (1-3 years of experience) Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,500,000 UZS Work format: On-site Work schedule: 6/1 Address: Tashkent city, Kuylyuk Massiv-5, Kiyot metro station Description The main purpose of the position is to ensure security at IMARAT DEVELOPMENT construction sites, protect property and maintain order, guard checkpoints and territories, and adhere to instructions. Responsibilities: Ensure and control security at the construction site Regulate entry and exit to the facility Identify and prevent incidents and violations Monitor the movement of employees and visitors Register the entry of construction materials and equipment to the facility Ensure compliance with safety regulations Notify relevant services in case of emergencies Keep the facility's guardhouse and surrounding area clean

Responsibilities

• Ensuring and controlling security at the construction site
• Regulating entry and exit to the facility
• Identifying and preventing incidents and violations
• Monitoring the movement of personnel and visitors
• Registering the entry of construction materials and equipment to the facility
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Notifying relevant services in case of emergencies
• Keeping the facility's guardhouse and surrounding area clean

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field of guardhouse services.
• Experience in ensuring security at construction and real estate facilities.
• Skills in implementing and applying checkpoint control regimes at construction sites.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Knowledge of procedures for acting in case of incidents and emergencies.
• Knowledge of legislation in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (regarding security activities).
• Residency in Tashkent city.
