Project Architect / Deputy Project Manager at PU "Samsung C&T Corp." (5+ years of experience) Work format: On-site Work schedule: 6/1 Address: Urgench, Airport St, 1 Description Architect / Deputy Project Manager to provide technical supervision for the construction project of the Urgench International Airport. Responsibilities: Review all architectural and structural drawings Conduct site inspections and quality control of architectural and structural works Perform Deputy Project Manager duties to assist the Project Manager in organizing construction works and managing the team Support coordination between the licensed firm (or individual) providing technical supervision and the general contractor. Requirements: Specialty: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years (experience in large-scale construction/airport projects and in leadership/project manager/deputy project manager roles is highly desirable). Languages: Fluent in Uzbek + Russian is an advantage + good knowledge of English or Korean for report preparation for the Project Manager. Licenses: Technical Supervision Certificate is a significant advantage. Responsibilities
- Review all architectural and structural drawings
- Conduct site inspections and quality verification for architectural and structural works
- Act as Deputy Project Manager to assist the PM in overall site operations and team leadership.
- Support coordination between the Licensed Technical Supervision firm (or person) and the EPC contractor.
Requirements
- Major: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields.
- Experience: Min. 8~10 years (Experience in large-scale building/airport projects and site management/PM/DPM roles highly preferred)
- Language: Fluent in Uzbek + Russian is a plus + Good working knowledge of English or Korean for reporting to PM.
- License: Technical Supervision Certificate is a significant plus
