We are a rapidly developing company in the field of turnkey renovations. We work with modern projects, interesting clients, and create spaces where people want to live and work. Who we are looking for: - Architect drafters (2+ years of experience) (3Ds Max knowledge is a plus) What you will do: Work on real projects (apartments) Participate in the development of layout concepts and drawing sets, Professionally develop with the strong ZIMO team. Responsibilities

• Development of design documentation at all stages
• Creation of working drawings and specifications
• Verification of design solutions compliance with building codes and regulations
• Selection and analysis of analogues for the development of design solutions
• Participation in meetings to discuss design solutions
• Calculation of work volumes based on design documentation
• Preparation of the graphical part of projects (plans, facades, sections)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design or construction
• Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM software
• Knowledge of basic building codes and regulations (SNiP, SP)
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Willingness to work on-site in Tashkent
