Middle Developer - "Fundflow" MCHJ (Up to 1 year of experience) Salary: 12,000,000 - 18,000,000 UZS Work format: On-site Work schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Olmazor district, Guruchariq MFY, Sagbon 30 berk str. house 7/1 Description The position is focused on independent development and support of system components, designing solutions within assigned tasks, optimizing code performance, and participating in code reviews, influencing the quality and stability of the developed functionality. Responsibilities: Design and build a HR system: NestJS for backend, Next.js for frontend Develop data schema and work with PostgreSQL / MySQL — migrations, queries, performance Set up integration with 1C and related systems: REST, HTTP services, OData Migrate HR data from Excel: cleaning, reconciliation, quality control Analyze processes with accounting and HR departments and translate them into requirements

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a HR system: NestJS for backend, Next.js for frontend
• Design data schema and work with PostgreSQL / MySQL – migrations, queries, performance
• Implement integration with 1C and related systems: REST, HTTP services, OData
• Migrate HR data from Excel: cleaning, reconciliation, quality control
• Analyze processes with accounting and HR departments and translate them into requirements

Requirements

• Experience in designing and optimizing SQL queries
• Experience with MongoDB
• Proficient in SQL
• Middle or Senior: 2+ years of commercial development experience
• Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, TypeScript
• PostgreSQL and MySQL
• REST API, authentication, access control
• Confident work with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Codex)
• Git, code review, habit of explaining solutions in text
