Logistics Dispatcher - Trucking Company (No experience required) Salary: $300 - $500 with KPI Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 6/1, 5/2 Address: Tashkent city, Amir Temur street, 70A Description Performing operations for organizing and coordinating shipments, preparing transport documents, and using tracking systems. Responsibilities: Organizing the acceptance, placement, and dispatch of goods Monitoring the movement of vehicles and optimizing routes Establishing communication with drivers and coordinating their work Monitoring and planning delivery deadlines Processing and controlling shipping documents Resolving issues that arise during transportation Tracking the location and status of goods (in TMS system) Analyzing logistics costs and providing suggestions for optimization
Responsibilities
- Organize the acceptance, placement, and dispatch of goods
- Control the movement of vehicles and optimize routes
- Establish communication with drivers and coordinate their work
- Monitor and plan delivery deadlines
- Formalize and control shipping documents
- Resolve disruptions occurring during transportation
- Track the location and condition of goods (in the TMS system)
- Analyze logistics costs and provide optimization suggestions
Requirements
- Secondary or vocational secondary education
- No prior work experience in logistics
- Basic computer skills
- Readiness for physical exertion
- Readiness for shift work
- Knowledge of Russian
- Knowledge of Uzbek
