Responsibilities
- Preparation of cost estimates for construction and installation works
- Verification and analysis of design documentation for completeness and correctness
- Determination of work volumes and material requirements
- Calculation of the cost of materials, equipment, and labor
- Preparation of work volume statements
- Preparation of certificates of completed works (KS-2, KS-3)
- Interaction with the design department and contractors on cost estimation issues
- Monitoring the compliance of actual costs with estimated indicators
- Maintenance of cumulative statements for completed work volumes
- Participation in tenders and preparation of commercial proposals
Requirements
- Higher education in construction (Industrial and Civil Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an estimator
- Experience in preparing estimates for general construction works
- Experience in preparing estimates for finishing works
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework for pricing in construction (SNiP, SP, GOST)
- Proficient PC user: MS Office (Excel), specialized estimating software (Grand-Smeta, Smeta.RU, or similar)
- Ability to read design documentation
- Experience with primary documentation (certificates of completed works, cost statements)
- Negotiation skills with clients and contractors on cost estimation issues
