Responsibilities: Cleaning and organizing the territory and buildings. Operating and maintaining equipment and technical means. Assisting in construction and repair work. Monitoring and maintaining order in areas. Controlling the storage of household inventory and materials. Ensuring equipment and appliances are in working order. Monitoring compliance with safety regulations on the construction site. Implementing quality control during the work process and eliminating defects. Keeping track of construction materials and monitoring their consumption. Ensuring compliance with technological maps during construction processes. Monitoring the execution of construction work according to the schedule and reporting.
