Master Builder at BBG Construction (3-5 years of experience) Salary: 6,000,000 - 7,000,000 UZS Employment Type: Full-time Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 6/1 Location: Tashkent, Seoul Description Structure Installation: Professional installation and assembly of interior/office partitions (made of drywall/GKL, gas blocks, expanded clay concrete blocks). Preparatory Work: Room marking according to drawings and project documentation, preparation of the work area and materials. Framing Work: Installation of guide and stud profiles, leveling with a spirit level and plumb bob, installation of sound and thermal insulation. Finishing Work (if necessary): Joint filling, puttying, surface sanding, preparation for painting or wallpapering. Quality and Safety Control: Compliance with construction norms, company standards, and site safety regulations. Material Handling and Reporting: Careful use of tools and materials, minimization of defects and waste, handover of completed work volumes to the foreman/project manager. Responsibilities: Organization of work on the construction site Quality control of performed work Monitoring of work production deadlines Distribution of tasks and materials among workers Acceptance of completed work and inspection of hidden work Monitoring of labor protection and safety regulations compliance Control of tool and equipment availability and serviceability Preparation of requests for necessary materials and equipment Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in construction. Experience in residential or commercial construction projects. Knowledge of general construction work technologies. Knowledge of SNiP, SP, and quality requirements for construction and installation work. Ability to read construction drawings and project documentation. Readiness to work on a construction site in Tashkent.
