We are looking for responsible and communicative teachers (mentors) who are ready to help students achieve results. If you have no teaching experience, don't worry – we provide free training, ready-made materials, and support from methodologists. Responsibilities: Conducting individual Russian language lessons in accordance with developed methodologies. Checking completed assignments and providing feedback. Providing recommendations for improving pronunciation and spoken language. Maintaining reports on conducted lessons. Conducting scheduled lessons on time.

Requirements

• No work experience required (graduates of relevant universities are considered)
• Fluent in Russian (C1 level and above)
• Knowledge of the methodology for teaching Russian as a foreign language (RKI)
• Proficient in PC (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Experience with educational platforms (Zoom, Skype, Miro, Google Classroom)
• Certificate of no criminal record
• Proficiency in Russian at a level not lower than C1.
• Responsibility and punctuality.
• Availability of a laptop or phone, stable internet connection.
• Desire to learn and develop.
• Teaching experience is welcome but not mandatory.
• Ability to clearly explain Russian language rules in Uzbek.
