Agent - TVOY DOM LLC (No experience required) Work format: On-site at employer's location Work schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, BUYUK IPAK YULI 152 Description The primary goal of the role is to work with clients in the real estate sector: consulting on the purchase, sale, and rental of properties, processing incoming inquiries, conducting negotiations, selecting and presenting properties, organizing meetings, and supporting the client at all stages of the transaction. Work is conducted according to company standards under the guidance of experienced specialists. New employees will receive free training, mentorship, and practical support – from the first calls and negotiations to conducting the first independent transaction. Responsibilities: Processing incoming client inquiries Consulting clients on products and services Processing orders and initial documentation Resolving client issues and problems Recording information about inquiries in the CRM system Maintaining contact with existing clients Collecting client feedback to improve service Selecting real estate properties according to client requests Conducting presentations of real estate properties to potential buyers Organizing viewings of real estate properties for clients
