Responsibilities: Development and legal expertise of contracts Representation in courts Providing legal advice to departments Preparation of legal opinions Monitoring legislative changes Preparation of draft legal documents Answering legal questions and providing consultations Resolving issues related to property rights Legal regulation of interactions with state bodies Development and approval of internal company documents Providing consultations to employees on labor law Requirements: Higher legal education 1 to 3 years of work experience as a lawyer Knowledge of the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Experience in contractual work Experience working with legal databases (Norma, Lex, etc.) Knowledge of MS Office applications Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages Skills in drafting and legally reviewing contracts Skills in preparing and filing claims Experience in representing in first-instance courts Skills in preparing legal opinions
