Foreman / Site Manager at Discover Invat Global (3-5 years of experience) Work format: On-site at the employer's location Work schedule: 6/1 Address: Tashkent, Seulskaya Street 16A Description The main goal of the role is to organize and control construction and installation works at a residential construction site, manage teams of workers, monitor the quality and deadlines of work in accordance with SNiP and labor protection requirements, interact with subcontractors, and be responsible for the safety and quality of work at the site. Responsibilities: Control the consumption of construction materials at the site Organization and control of general construction works at the site; Management of construction teams and task delegation; Monitoring the quality, scope, and deadlines of work; Ensuring compliance with design and technical documentation; Maintaining as-built documentation; Interaction with the technical department, contractors, and other departments; Monitoring compliance with labor protection and safety regulations.
