Chief Physician - Doktor Hasan Clinic (5+ years of experience) Salary: from 5,000,000 UZS with KPI Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 6/1, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Tashkent city, Sebzor Ц1 7/18 building 1 Description The main goal of the position is to manage the activities of Doktor Hasan Clinic, improve the quality of medical services, train and develop staff, and implement the clinic's development strategy, focusing on the quality of medical care and patient safety. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the overall activities of the medical institution. Organize and supervise the work of medical staff. Create work schedules for staff and ensure labor discipline. Develop and implement measures to improve the quality of medical services. Organize medical and preventive, and treatment and consultation work. Manage the financial and economic activities of the medical institution. Control the supply of pharmacies and medical supplies. Control the maintenance and accounting of medical records. Ensure compliance with sanitary and epidemiological rules. Prepare annual and quarterly reports of the medical institution. Cooperate with state and supervisory bodies. Introduce innovative technologies and develop research work. • Uzbek language
