Chief Engineer, General Designer, Structural Designer (KZh, KR) — LEADER BETON GROUP DEVELOPMENT (1-3 years of experience) Salary: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 UZS Work format: On-site Work schedule: Other Location: Tashkent city, Kengmakon MFY, Qo'yliq 5th microdistrict Description The main purpose of the position is to independently perform KZh/KR design work for residential construction projects, develop structural solutions, comply with technical specifications, and prepare project documentation. Responsibilities: Design and develop structural solutions Develop technical specifications for construction processes Carry out KAJ (Architectural-Construction-Factory) supervision at construction sites Supervise technical and technological processes of construction and installation work Develop proposals for resolving issues arising during the construction process Organize and manage the construction process in accordance with project documentation Ensure compliance with safety requirements during the construction process Maintain execution documentation for the construction process Develop KZh and KR project documentation. Requirements: Higher education in construction (PGS) or secondary specialized education in a relevant specialty. 1 to 3 years of work experience in the construction field. Experience in designing multi-story residential buildings (KŞ) and/or commercial buildings. Experience in developing reinforced concrete structures (KŞ) and reinforcement (KР) projects. Knowledge of construction norms and regulations (SNiP, SP), GOST standards. Ability to read construction drawings. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Readiness to work at construction sites. Knowledge of the construction norms and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan (O'zDSt). Competence in designing concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
