Chief Accountant - Fandi Teks garment production (3-5 years of experience) Work format: On-site, Hybrid Work schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Akkurgan city, Beruniy MFY, Fayzobod 340 Description The position is focused on organizing and controlling accounting and tax accounting, preparing financial statements according to RSBU, and interacting with auditors and tax authorities. The role ensures the accuracy of reporting, with a direct impact on the company's financial performance. Responsibilities: Organizing accounting and tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the company's accounting policy. Forming and timely submission of complete and reliable accounting, tax, and statistical reports. Monitoring compliance with the procedure for оформление of primary accounting documents. Ensuring timely calculation and payment of taxes and fees. Interaction with tax authorities, funds, and statistics. Organizing and conducting internal audits of financial and economic activities. Interaction with external auditors, preparing information for audit procedures. Managing the accounting team, setting tasks, monitoring their execution, and developing employees. Consulting management on accounting and tax accounting matters. Automating accounting processes, implementing new software products.

Responsibilities

• Organization of accounting and tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the company's accounting policy.

• Consulting management on accounting and tax accounting matters.
• Automation of accounting processes, implementation of new software products.

Requirements

• Higher economic education
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant
• In-depth knowledge of RSBU and tax legislation
• Experience in preparing financial statements according to IFRS
• Experience undergoing audit and tax inspections
• Experience working with 1C:Accounting 8.3
• Experience managing an accounting team
• Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek languages
