The position is aimed at creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment where every student can reach their potential. The role is responsible for individual student support, assistance in mastering educational material, developing self-learning and critical thinking skills, and maintaining communication with parents to ensure a holistic educational process. The key task is to improve students' academic performance and motivation, as well as to foster their sustained interest in learning. Responsibilities: Improve student academic performance in key subjects Enhance students' self-learning and critical thinking skills Actively involve parents in the educational process Create a supportive and nurturing learning environment Develop individual learning plans for students Increase student motivation for learning Requirements: Higher pedagogical education Language proficiency: Russian, Uzbek.
