Leasing Accountant at MК Leasing office (1-3 years of experience) Salary: from 7,000,000 UZS Work format: On-site Work schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Urikzar str. 7 Description The main goal of the role is to independently maintain accounting for leasing operations, conduct reconciliations, prepare primary documentation, and participate in closing reporting periods. The position involves responsibility for the leasing operations segment. Responsibilities: Maintaining accounting for leasing operations Processing primary documents for lease agreements Reconciling calculations with lessees and lessors Preparing reconciliation statements and closing documents Calculating depreciation of leased assets Monitoring the timeliness of rental payments Participating in the preparation of monthly and annual reports for the leasing segment Interacting with internal and external users on leasing accounting matters Requirements: Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics. At least 1 year of experience in accounting. Experience in accounting for a leasing company. Knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards (RSBU). Proficiency in 1C:Accounting. Confident user of MS Excel. Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages.
