Responsibilities: Performing written translations of documents from and into Japanese. Providing consecutive oral interpretation during meetings and negotiations with Japanese partners. Conducting business correspondence in Japanese with counterparties and partners. Organizing meetings and negotiations involving Japanese colleagues and partners. Preparing materials for meetings and negotiations, including translations. Working with MS Office documents (Word, Excel, Outlook) for translation and communication needs. Coordinating logistics and work schedules for meetings with Japanese partners. Requirements: Higher education. At least 1 year of experience as a translator. Written translation of documents into Japanese. Written translation of documents from Japanese. Consecutive oral interpretation into Japanese. Consecutive oral interpretation from Japanese. Conducting business correspondence in Japanese. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organizing meetings and negotiations with Japanese partners.
