Responsibilities: Consulting clients in the sales floor regarding the assortment Identifying client needs to select the right product Presenting and demonstrating product advantages Assisting clients in choosing a suitable product Processing purchases and conducting transactions Maintaining order and visual appeal of the sales floor Receiving and stocking merchandise according to standards

Requirements

• Secondary vocational or higher education
• Sales experience of 1 year or more
• Customer service experience in the B2C segment
• Knowledge of sales techniques and deal stages
• Ability to handle customer objections
• Basic skills in working with CRM systems
• Fluent Russian language proficiency
