Graphic Designer / Architect at Outdoor Factory (3-5 years of experience) Work format: On-site Work schedule: 6/1, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Ukchi Street 3A Description The main goal of the role is to develop visual concepts and project documentation for museum and commercial construction projects, create 3D models and visualizations, interact with the architectural department and contractors, with a focus on meeting construction deadlines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Development of architectural concepts and visualizations
- Preparation of working documentation (drawings, specifications)
- Interaction with design departments and contractors
- Selection and analysis of analogues for new projects
- Control of compliance with design solutions
- Participation in project meetings
- Management of design and working documentation
- Ensuring compliance with design norms and standards
Requirements
- Higher education in architecture or design.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer/architect.
- Experience in construction or real estate.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit).
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of architectural design principles and construction codes.
- Skills in creating presentation materials and working documentation.
- Portfolio with relevant projects.
- University graduates, preferably with a background in fine arts, as well as in "Graphic Design", "Visual Communication Design" and other related bachelor's programs.
- Experience working in museums, exhibitions, and cultural/art projects is desirable.
- Experience preparing presentations for investors and clients.
