Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment. Administration of Windows Server and Active Directory. Diagnosis and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and network infrastructure. Configuration and support of the enterprise local area network (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN). Monitoring the IT infrastructure's performance and prompt resolution of emerging issues. Maintaining records of IT equipment, software, and technical documentation. Requirements: Higher or secondary specialized education in information technology. At least 2-3 years of experience in IT. Proficient knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems. Experience in administering Windows Server and Active Directory. Knowledge of local network construction principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN). Experience in configuring and maintaining computer equipment, office equipment, and peripheral devices. Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
