HR Records Management Manager at PODIUM (3-5 years of experience) Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2 Address: Tashkent, Lev Tolstoy St., 65 Description PODIUM is one of the leading fashion retailers in Central Asia. Due to company growth and an increasing volume of HR processes, we are looking for an HR Records Management Manager who will ensure accuracy, systemization, and full compliance of HR records with legal requirements. Role Objectives The main goal of the role is to ensure seamless documentation support for the employee lifecycle and full compliance of HR records with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Responsibilities: Maintain HR records in strict accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan Operational support for the full employee lifecycle (hiring, transfers, leaves, terminations) Monitor compliance with labor discipline Work with digital HR systems and participate in the digitalization of HR processes Liaise with government bodies Maintain military registration records Process social guarantees and leaves Participate in the development and updating of local regulations Prepare documents and support government body inspections
Responsibilities
- Processing of hiring, transfer, and termination of employees in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Maintaining personal files and work record books of employees.
- Tracking working hours, processing leaves and sick leaves.
- Preparation of personnel orders, directives, and other local normative acts.
- Maintaining the staff list and organizational structure.
- Preparation and submission of HR reports to state authorities (Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, statistics).
- Consulting employees and managers on labor law issues.
- Participation in the development and updating of internal HR policies and procedures.
- Interaction with regulatory bodies during inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company rules.
Requirements
- Higher education (Human Resources Management, Economics, Law)
- At least 3 years of experience in personnel records management
- Experience in full-cycle personnel records management in companies with 100+ employees
- Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Knowledge of regulatory legal acts governing the procedure for maintaining personnel accounting
- Experience with 1C:ZUP or similar HRIS systems
- Proficient PC user (MS Office, email)
- Fluent in Russian
- Proficient in Uzbek
