Back-end Developer at Autoguide MCHJ. Tashkent Description The main goal of the role is to develop and support the server-side of Autoguide MCHJ's software products (IT Park, Tashkent). The position is aimed at ensuring stable, high-performance, and scalable operation of back-end systems responsible for key business processes. The developer is responsible for designing the architecture, writing quality code, integrating with external services and databases, and participating in the full software development lifecycle – with a focus on quality, stability, and delivery speed. Salary conditions are discussed after the interview. Responsibilities: Integrate third-party services and payment gateways into the existing architecture. Optimize database performance and queries to speed up system operation. Develop and implement new back-end system features. Optimize the performance and scalability of existing systems. Improve code quality and stability. Enhance integration with external services and databases. Automate build and deployment processes. Implement best practices for architecture design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience with Python
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs with Django or FastAPI
• Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases
• Experience working with SQLAlchemy or Django ORM
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Experience working with Docker and docker-compose
• Experience developing microservice architectures
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience optimizing application performance
• Proficiency in Git for version control
