Primary School Teacher for Russian-Speaking School at International Private School (3-5 years of experience) Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 UZS Employment Type: Full-time Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Tashkent city, Almazar district, Sebzar massif 46/1 house Description The main goal of the role is to independently teach in the primary grades of a Russian-speaking school, develop and implement curricula, and conduct methodological work with a focus on the quality of the educational process and student outcomes. Responsibilities: Conducting lessons in accordance with the primary general education curriculum. Organizing and conducting educational sessions, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students. Monitoring the assimilation of educational material, checking written and oral assignments. Developing and applying various forms and methods of teaching to increase student motivation. Providing individual support to students experiencing learning difficulties and to gifted children. Developing work programs for taught subjects and calendar-thematic planning. Preparing didactic materials, visual aids, and handouts for lessons. Classroom management, including organizing extracurricular activities and school events. Interacting with parents (legal representatives) on matters of student education and upbringing. Maintaining an electronic gradebook and other established educational documentation. Requirements: Higher pedagogical education in "Primary Education" or related specialties. At least 3 years of pedagogical experience as a primary school teacher. Possession of a qualification category (first or highest) is an advantage. Knowledge of federal state educational standards (FSES) for primary general education. Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies for primary school subjects. Knowledge of the basics of age psychology and pedagogy for primary school students. Confident computer skills and proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skills in working with interactive whiteboards and educational platforms. Native-level fluency in Russian. Certificate of no criminal record. Medical book. Readiness for professional development and further training.
