Responsibilities

• Handling inbound phone calls from clients

• Transferring calls to relevant specialists when necessary

Requirements

• Secondary vocational or higher education
• No experience required or 6+ months of experience in any field
• Fluent spoken and written Russian language
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn to work in a CRM system
• Willingness to work a shift schedule
