Legal Counsel at ARIA SUGURTA TASHKILOTI JSC (3-5 years of experience) Salary: 14,000,000 - 20,000,000 UZS Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Navoi 39 Description The main goal of the role is to provide legal support for the activities of ARIA SUGURTA TASHKILOTI JSC, including contract analysis, representing the company's interests in court, legal consulting, and developing internal regulations, with a focus on minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance with legislation. Responsibilities: Legal expertise of insurance contracts and related documentation. Consulting company departments on legal issues related to insurance activities. Preparation of legal opinions on complex insurance cases. Representing the company's interests in courts and government bodies on insurance disputes. Development and updating of the company's internal regulations (policies, procedures). Analysis of Russian Federation legislation and its impact on the company's insurance activities. Support for M&A transactions and other corporate procedures. Interaction with regulators (Central Bank of the Russian Federation) on licensing and reporting matters. Participation in the development of new insurance products from a legal compliance perspective. Monitoring compliance with consumer protection legislation in the sale of insurance products.
