Sales Assistant - Women's Store - ELMAN Bag Store (Up to 1 year of experience) Salary: 3,000,000 - 5,000,000 UZS Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 6/1 Address: Tashkent, Katartal 60/1 Description The main goal of the role is to advise clients on the ELMAN bag store's assortment, assist in product selection, and process purchases under the guidance of experienced colleagues. Responsibilities: Consulting clients on the women's clothing assortment in the sales floor. Identifying client needs to select suitable models. Presenting and demonstrating the advantages of women's clothing and accessories. Assisting clients with clothing selection, fitting, and outfit creation. Processing purchases at the checkout, handling cash and non-cash payments. Maintaining order and a neat appearance in the sales floor and on display windows. Monitoring size and color availability, replenishing stock. Requirements: Secondary vocational or higher education. Sales assistant experience of at least 6 months. Retail clothing sales experience. Customer consulting skills. Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling. Experience with cash registers and payment terminals. Willingness to learn CRM. Fluent Russian language proficiency.
