Chief Accountant - "Fundflow" MCHJ (1-3 years of experience) Salary: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 UZS Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent city, Olmazor district, Guruchariq MFY, Sagbon 30 berk str. 7/1 house Description The position is focused on organizing and controlling accounting and tax accounting, preparing financial and tax reporting, and interacting with auditors and tax authorities. The role ensures the accuracy of accounting and timeliness of reporting, with a direct impact on the company's financial performance. Responsibilities: Organization of accounting and tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Control over the correctness of documentation and timeliness of all primary documents. Formation and timely submission of accounting, tax, and statistical reporting. Interaction with tax authorities, funds, and other regulatory bodies. Control over compliance with the company's accounting policy. Management of the accounting team, task assignment, and performance monitoring. Analysis of the financial and economic activities of the organization. Organization and control of inventory counts. Interaction with external auditors, preparation of information for audits. Automation of accounting processes and optimization of accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organization of accounting and tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Requirements

• Higher economic education.
• At least 5 years of experience as an accountant.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
• In-depth knowledge of the Uzbekistan Accounting Standards (RSBU) and tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Experience in preparing IFRS reporting.
• Experience undergoing audits and tax inspections.
• Experience working with 1C:Accounting 8.3.
• Experience managing an accounting team.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Knowledge of Uzbek.
