Sales Manager at IT Buyuk Zamon Sari (No experience required) Salary: 1,500,000 - 15,000,000 UZS with KPI Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 6/1, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Bog`ishamol street 25 Description The position is focused on attracting clients and selling car service services, maintaining the client base, and achieving sales targets under the guidance of an experienced manager. Responsibilities: Consulting clients on the range of cars and dealership services Demonstrating cars and conducting test drives Identifying client needs and selecting the optimal offer Processing sales contracts and accompanying documentation Accompanying the client at all stages of the transaction Working with the client database (CRM) Achieving sales targets for cars and additional services Maintaining up-to-date information about cars in the showroom
Responsibilities
- Consulting clients on the range of cars and car dealership services
- Demonstrating cars and conducting test drives
- Identifying client needs and selecting the optimal offer
- Processing sales contracts and accompanying documentation
- Accompanying the client at all stages of the transaction
- Working with the client database (CRM)
- Achieving sales targets for cars and additional services
- Maintaining up-to-date information about cars in the showroom
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry
- Basic knowledge of car mechanics
- Knowledge of basic sales stages
- Ability to work with CRM systems
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Category B driver's license
- Knowledge of Russian language
- Knowledge of Uzbek language
