Playground Controller at "ALFRAGANUS" Shopping Mall (Up to 1 year of experience) Salary: from 2,500,000 UZS Work format: On-site Work schedule: 6/1 Address: Tashkent city, Mirabad district, "ALFRAGANUS" Shopping Mall Description The main goal of the role is to create a safe and organized environment for children and to ensure the preservation of equipment at the "ALFRAGANUS" shopping mall playground. Ensuring child safety – monitor for dangerous situations on the playground and ensure children do not misuse equipment. Access control – observe who enters the playground, prevent unauthorized persons or undesirable activities. Property preservation – monitor the condition of play structures, prevent damage or unauthorized use. Interaction with parents and administration – inform about violations, assist in resolving conflict situations. Responsibilities: Improving customer service within the area of responsibility Minimizing conflict situations and incidents Prompt response to emerging emergency situations Maintaining the positive reputation of the shopping mall Control access to the playground, preventing unauthorized entry. Monitor the condition of play structures, prevent their damage. Inform parents and administration about violations and incidents.
