PTO - LLC "Neftegazmontazh" (3-5 years of experience) Salary: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 UZS with KPI Work Format: Hybrid Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Location: Tashkent Description The main goal of the role is to organize and control construction and installation works at residential construction sites, manage teams, monitor the quality and timelines of work, maintain as-built documentation, and interact with contractors, with a focus on meeting construction deadlines and quality standards. Responsibilities: Maintain as-built documentation for the site Develop and approve work production schedules Provide technical supervision of construction and installation works Control the quality of materials and structures used Prepare and verify hidden work inspection reports Liaise with design organizations and author's supervision Participate in work acceptance commissions Monitor compliance with labor protection and industrial safety requirements Prepare construction progress reports Verify the volume of completed work and prepare statements Requirements: Higher education in construction (Industrial and Civil Engineering) At least 3 years of experience in construction Experience in residential construction projects Experience in commercial real estate projects Knowledge of SNiP, SP, GOST standards Ability to read construction drawings Skills in preparing as-built documentation Labor protection certificate Readiness to work on-site in Tashkent
