Responsibilities
- Assisting with self-care (eating, hygiene, dressing)
- Accompanying patients during movement, walks, and events
- Monitoring medication intake according to doctor's prescriptions
- Measuring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and recording them
- Observing the general condition of patients, promptly informing medical staff of changes
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in rooms and patients' personal belongings
- Maintaining relevant documentation (observation logs, care sheets)
- Assisting in organizing leisure and rehabilitation activities
Requirements
- Secondary medical education
- Valid specialist certificate in "Nursing"
- Work experience in "Nursing" from 1 year
- Experience working with the elderly and/or disabled from 1 year
- Knowledge of patient care principles
- Knowledge of aseptic and antiseptic principles
- Valid medical book
- Knowledge of Uzbek language
