Mobile Developer (Flutter) at OOO "Autoguide" (3-5 years of experience) Salary: 10,000,000 - 17,000,000 UZS Employment Type: Full-time Work Format: On-site Schedule: 5/2, 6/1, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Tashkent, Muminov Street 4, Toshkent, Toshkent (IT Park) Description The main goal of the role is independent development and support of cross-platform mobile applications on Flutter, designing architectural solutions within the module, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior developers, with a focus on code quality and solution scalability. Responsibilities: Development of cross-platform mobile applications on Flutter Integration of mobile applications with backend API Optimization of application performance and responsiveness Writing unit tests to verify components and logic Bug fixing and code maintenance Participation in code reviews to ensure code quality Collaboration with designers for UI/UX implementation Preparation and publication of applications in the App Store and Google Play Research and application of new Flutter technologies Requirements: 3+ years of commercial experience in mobile application development with Flutter Experience in creating UI/UX for mobile applications Proficient in Dart language Experience with state management in Flutter (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod) Experience with REST API interaction Experience in designing and working with SQLite or Realm databases Experience in writing unit and widget tests for Flutter Experience using Git for version control Experience in setting up CI/CD for mobile applications Experience in optimizing mobile application performance Experience with Push notifications Experience with native SDK integration Experience in conducting code reviews for other developers Experience in mentoring junior developers Higher technical education Flutter / Dart— proficient: complex screen layout, adaptive UI, modern language features. State management — BLoC— proven commercial experience (main project pattern). Architecture — Clean Architecture: separation into layers, repositories, use cases; experience with dependency injection (DI). Network — REST API, error handling, token-based authorization (OAuth2), request caching. Code generation— experience in projects with automatic generation of models, routing, and DI (build_runner stack). Navigation— declarative routing, deep links, protected application sections. Testing— unit tests for business logic, working with mocks. Security— secure data storage, certificate pinning, protection against client spoofing. Firebase— Crashlytics, Analytics: integration and analysis of crashes and metrics. Localization— experience in developing multilingual applications. Reactive programming — Streams / Rx approach. Processes— Git, code reviews, working according to quality standards (linters, formatting); understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
