Responsibilities: Handling incoming calls: consulting clients on leasing products and terms Outgoing calls from a database: warming up leads, qualifying, and closing deals Conducting telephone sales from initial contact to contract signing Processing incoming correspondence and maintaining client data Requirements: 1+ year of experience as a call center operator or in telephone sales Fluent in Russian and Uzbek (spoken and written) Ability to handle objections, persuade, and maintain conversations Emotional stability, professionalism in client communication Experience in financial services, banking, or leasing Knowledge of leasing products or lending basics Experience with CRM systems Male, 22-30 years old Your Benefits: Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 Salary during probation: 5,000,000 UZS + bonuses for closed deals Salary after probation: to be discussed upon completion of the probation period Social package: transportation cost compensation Required Skills: Handling incoming and outgoing calls Working with CRM systems (Bitrix24, AmoCRM) Following call scripts Processing client inquiries about services and prices Booking clients for service Basic knowledge of car service services
