Pastry Chef at a Catering Company (3-5 years of experience) Salary: from 7,000,000 UZS Employment Type: Full-time Work Format: On-site Schedule: 6/1, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Yangibozor Description The main goal of the role is to prepare high-quality confectionery products according to the menu and standards of the catering company, ensure product freshness, and adhere to technological processes under the guidance of an experienced pastry chef. Responsibilities: Preparation of a wide range of confectionery products, desserts, and baked goods according to technological cards. Creation and decoration of cakes, pastries, and other confectionery items. Preparation and portioning of ingredients for pastry production. Quality control of raw materials and finished products. Adherence to sanitary norms and hygiene rules in the workplace. Organization of the workspace and maintenance of cleanliness. Record keeping of used ingredients and consumables. Participation in the development of new recipes and desserts. Presentation and decoration of confectionery for display and serving. Interaction with the chef and other members of the kitchen team.
