About the team: Our HR team combines professionalism, responsibility, and attention to people. We are looking for an HR Administrator who will become an important part of our HR team: supporting HR processes, assisting employees, and ensuring that all administrative issues are resolved promptly and with high quality. Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating HR documentation and HR databases; Preparing certificates, orders, applications, and other HR documents; Administering the processes of hiring, transferring, and dismissing employees; Monitoring timely document processing and compliance with internal HR procedures; Managing vacations, sick leaves, and other employee absences; Preparing regular HR reports and statistics; Interacting with employees on administrative and HR matters; Liaising with the accounting department and other divisions on employee-related issues; Supporting the HR team in implementing internal projects and initiatives; Working with HRIS/ERP systems and other internal tools. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, personnel record keeping, or a similar position; Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility; Good organizational skills and the ability to work with a large volume of information; Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; Experience with HRIS is an advantage; Fluent oral and written communication in Russian and Uzbek; Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with personal data; Ability to independently prioritize and meet deadlines.
