Labor Relations and Labor Discipline Specialist Veolia Energy - Veolia Energy Tashkent (1-3 years of experience) Salary: up to 15,000,000 UZS Work format: On-site Work schedule: 5/2, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Tashkent, Furkat Street 1 Description The main goal of the position is to ensure compliance with labor discipline, Veolia Energy Tashkent's internal corporate rules, and the requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan through effective support of disciplinary procedures, consulting managers, and minimizing labor risks for the Company. Responsibilities: Managing the full cycle of disciplinary procedures: requesting and collecting written explanations, preparing materials, and drafting orders for the application of disciplinary sanctions. Documentary support for internal investigations: preparing necessary documents, requests, and notifications, collecting and systematizing materials, drawing up protocols, acts, conclusions, and other documents based on investigation results. Monitoring compliance with established procedures and deadlines during internal investigations and the application of disciplinary measures. Preparing materials on identified violations for review by the commission and/or authorized company managers. Consulting heads of structural divisions on labor relations, labor discipline, and the procedure for applying disciplinary measures. Interacting with the HR administration department, legal service, compliance, and other departments within the framework of disciplinary procedures and internal investigations. Maintaining records of disciplinary violations, internal investigations, and applied measures, preparing relevant reports and analytics. Participating in the development and updating of local regulatory documents on labor relations, labor discipline, and conducting internal investigations.

- Consulting heads of structural divisions on labor relations, labor discipline, and the procedure for applying disciplinary measures.

Requirements
- Solid experience in HR record-keeping.
- Practical experience in processing disciplinary actions.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Ability to draft disciplinary orders.
- Experience in applying disciplinary measures.
- Proficient knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages.
