Reservation Agent - Marhaba Hotel & Spa (Up to 1 year of experience) Salary: 5,000,000 - 6,000,000 UZS Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 6/1, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Takhtagul St. 30 A Description The primary goal of the role is to assist in processing reservation requests, providing information on room availability and services at Marhaba Hotel & Spa under the guidance of a senior specialist. Responsibilities: Receiving and processing reservation requests from clients via phone, email, and online platforms. Booking hotel rooms, restaurant tables, and transportation tickets according to client requests. Providing clients with information on services, prices, availability, and booking conditions. Entering and updating reservation data in the booking management system. Confirming reservations with clients and informing them of any changes. Processing cancellation and modification requests for reservations. Interacting with service providers (hotels, airlines, restaurants) to ensure reservation fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing reservation requests from clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Booking hotel rooms, restaurant tables, and transportation tickets according to client requests.
• Providing clients with information about services, prices, availability, and booking conditions.
• Entering and updating reservation data in the reservation management system.
• Confirming reservations with clients and informing them of changes.
• Processing cancellation and modification requests for reservations.
• Interacting with service providers (hotels, airlines, restaurants) to ensure reservation fulfillment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in reservations or hospitality.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) or experience with similar platforms.
• Proficient in PC usage: MS Office (Word, Excel), email.
• Proficiency in Russian language.
• Basic knowledge of Uzbek language.
• Willingness to work in a shift schedule.
