Responsibilities

• Search and evaluation of new suppliers
• Negotiation of prices and delivery terms
• Request and analysis of commercial proposals
• Conclusion of contracts with suppliers
• Control of contract execution
• Control of quality and delivery times
• Market and price monitoring
• Procurement planning
• Procurement reporting

Requirements

• Higher education (economics, management, logistics)
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement
• Experience working with suppliers and conducting negotiations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Experience with supply contracts
• Basic knowledge of English for reading documentation
• Ability to process purchase requisitions
• Skills in forming orders to suppliers
