Chief Accountant - "Neftegazmontazh" LLC (3-5 years of experience) Salary: from 12,000,000 UZS Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Tashkent, Bunyodkor Description The position is aimed at organizing and controlling accounting and tax accounting, preparing financial statements according to RAS, interacting with auditors and tax authorities. The role ensures the accuracy of reporting, with a direct impact on the company's financial performance. Responsibilities: Organization of accounting and tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the company's accounting policy. Formation and submission of financial, tax, and statistical reporting to regulatory bodies (RAS, IFRS). Control over the compliance with the procedure for оформление of primary accounting documents. Tax optimization, control over the correctness of tax calculation and timely payment. Interaction with tax authorities, auditors, and other regulatory organizations. Management of the accounting team, task assignment, and performance monitoring. Development and implementation of the company's accounting policy. Consulting management on issues of accounting, tax, and financial legislation. Automation of accounting processes, participation in the selection and implementation of accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Organization of accounting and tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the company's accounting policy.
• Formation and submission of financial, tax, and statistical reporting to regulatory bodies (RAS, IFRS).
• Control over the proper оформление (processing) of primary accounting documents.
• Tax optimization, control over the correct calculation of taxes and their timely payment.
• Interaction with tax authorities, auditors, and other regulatory organizations.
• Management of the accounting team, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
• Development and implementation of the company's accounting policy.
• Consulting management on issues of accounting, tax, and financial legislation.
• Automation of accounting processes, participation in the selection and implementation of accounting systems.

Requirements

• Higher economic education
• Experience as a Chief Accountant for at least 5 years
• Deep knowledge of RAS and tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• Experience in preparing IFRS financial statements
• Experience undergoing audit and tax inspections
• Experience working with 1C:Accounting 8.3
• Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek languages
