Responsibilities: Processing incoming phone calls from customers Consulting customers on products and services Recording applications and inquiries in the system Updating customer information in the CRM system Assisting in identifying and resolving sales-related issues Directing customer calls to relevant specialists Adhering to service standards and SLAs Requirements: Secondary vocational or higher education At least 1 year of experience as a call center operator Basic computer skills Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn Clear and fluent spoken Uzbek Your Benefits: Transparent bonus system based on sales results.
