Responsibilities: Organization and full-scope control of accounting and tax accounting. Formation and submission of accounting, tax, and statistical reports in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Control over the proper оформление of primary accounting documents. Tax calculation, preparation, and timely submission of tax declarations. Interaction with tax authorities, funds, and statistics. Management of the reporting period closing process. Control over the timeliness and correctness of settlements with suppliers and customers. Organization and control of inventory counts. Provision of methodological support on accounting and tax accounting issues. Management of the accounting department, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Higher economic education
Experience as a Chief Accountant for at least 3 years
Total experience in accounting for at least 5 years
In-depth knowledge of RSBU
Knowledge of the tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Experience in preparing and submitting accounting and tax reports
Experience undergoing audit and tax inspections
Experience with 1C:Accounting 8.3 (or higher)
Proficient PC user, MS Excel
Knowledge of Uzbek language
Experience in management accounting - advantage
Knowledge of IFRS - advantage
Experience in utility services
