Client Manager - Eurasian Food (3-5 years of experience) Employment Type: Full-time Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 6/1, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Address: Bukhara city and throughout Bukhara region Description The main goal of the role is to develop the client base and increase the loyalty of existing Eurasian Food clients through effective communication management and offering additional services, with a focus on growing key metrics and ROI. Responsibilities: Consulting clients on the company's products and services Processing incoming inquiries from potential and existing clients Preparing commercial proposals and presentations for clients Agreeing on cooperation terms and concluding contracts Coordinating the work of internal departments to fulfill client obligations Monitoring task completion deadlines and timely product shipment Resolving emerging issues and conflict situations with clients Collecting client feedback to improve service quality Maintaining the client database in the CRM system
Responsibilities
Consulting clients on company products and services

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or PR
Experience in managing and developing client relationships
Understanding of sales stages and the customer journey
Experience with CRM systems for client management
Skills in preparing client work reports
Demonstrated negotiation and business correspondence skills
Experience in resolving client issues and problems
Experience in managing marketing campaign budgets (if applicable)
Ability to quickly learn product or service information
Fluent in Uzbek (spoken and written)
Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)
